FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What the Network is, who can join, and how we handle your information.

What is it?

The Rural Health Transformation Network is a free learning community and network for recipients of Rural Health Transformation Program grants. It gives members a place to:

  • Find partner organizations working on similar projects
  • Share information, tools and resources
  • Learn from the experience of other grant recipients
  • Post opportunities and take part in discussions in The Exchange

Is it really free?

Yes. The Network is free for all eligible organizations.

There are no subscriptions, hidden fees or paid tiers.

Who is sponsoring this platform?

This platform is provided by the Maryland Partnership for Prevention (MPP), a 501c3 nonprofit organization and one of the nation's longest-standing immunization coalitions, serving communities since 1999.

Who is eligible?

The Network is open to organizations that have received Rural Health Transformation Program funding, including:

  • Prime Awardees
  • Sub-awardees, once their Prime Awardee confirms the relationship

What if my organization didn't receive funding?

Not at this time.

We plan to open the Network to additional organizations in the future. Our initial focus is on bringing all grant recipients into the network.

Will people be selling things?

No. Selling products or services on the Network is not permitted.

The Network exists so members can share information and learn from one another. Posts and messages should support that purpose.

Will you sell my information?

No. We do not sell member information to anyone.

How do I get started?

Create a free account and complete verification. Once verified, you can explore the network, find partners and join the conversation in The Exchange.
