Sign up as a State RHT Program, Rural Health Provider, or Community Partner. Tell us your states served, category of service, and award status — takes a couple of minutes.

Get verified
Prime Awardees of RHTP grants verify against the program allowlist or through a short manual review. Sub-awardees are verified once their Prime Awardee confirms the relationship. No organization gets in without verification.

Find partners & join the conversation
Search the national directory by category and location, and read or post in The Exchange to trade lessons with other organizations in the network.

Post opportunities & share resources
Publish funding opportunities and open partnerships, and pull from the network's shared templates, toolkits, and guidance.

Access the Mobile Health Network
Create and manage mobile clinics — schedules, recurring events, and services offered — and get listed in the public Mobile Clinic Finder.
