Who is eligible?

State RHT Programs, rural health providers, and community-based organizations, nonprofits, and networks supporting rural health transformation nationwide.

What happens next?

You can access the network once your organization is verified — there's no browsing before then. Prime Awardees verify against the program allowlist or through a short manual review. Sub-awardees are verified once their Prime Awardee confirms the relationship, usually within a few business days.
